    David,

It's good to see you giving some credit to the Almighty.

Let's look at Talk Radio, because it has NEVER been liberal. Talk radio flourishes because it is a free and open medium where people have to think and interact with the material. It's the only medium that takes callers live. A little bit of t.v. takes phone calls (C-Span). It's no coincidence that liberal viewpoints are not successful in that medium, because their viewpoints cannot stand up to the scrutiny. Liberals need sound bites and 2 minute stories to keep their stories from collapsing.

Television is the most passive and least substantive medium for news. And most newspapers, although heavily slanted to the left, are becoming increasingly insignificant because, frankly, people are reading less and less. Plus, the internet is taking their readers.

Thank GOD for the internet, where people can gather news from sources that slant to their preference. We no longer have to rely on a select few news sources who take news and skew it to the left.

The main point is-the gig is up. The public no longer believes in "objective" news sources. Now, we have the freedom to choose where we get our information.

So, people like Katie Couric, Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw, etc. can stop pretending to be unbiased. They aren't fooling anybody anymore.

If you want to continue to follow the group think, then go ahead David. It's easier for sure.

Freedom of choice and freedom of the press.....that is what I am all about! If you don't like that viewpoint change the channel no on is making you watch TV or read the newspaper ! I am so sick an tired of the current administrations views on everything they don't have a clue. They act like they are the thought police. 1-20-2009 the end of a BIG MISTAKE !
